Using Bill Pay to Make Payments

You may use the Bill Pay feature of your Credit Union or bank checking account to make payments to the club. You will need to set up the club as the payee with the information below, but once you do that you will be able to make payments any time you wish.

Please note that there are different procedures depending on what you are using Bill Pay for. It is important that you let us know what the payment is for because we receive several different types of payments at the PO Box and confusion on our part will cause delay in delivering what you want.

For Membership Renewals:

Set up the payment through your bill pay so you know what date it will be paid
Use the Reply function with the renewal email message to let us know when the payment is coming
Be sure to note in your reply if there are any updates to the member data sent with the original renewal email
If all the member data is ok, be sure to mention that too
Once we receive payment, your membership renewal will be processed and you will receive an acknowledgement email

For New Member Applications:

Set up the payment through your bill pay so you know what date it will be paid
Use this email link to let us know when the payment is coming
Once we receive payment and your application form, your new membership will be processed and you will receive an acknowledgement email and your New Member Mailing

To Purchase Stick's Bucks:

Use this email link to let us know how many Stick's Bucks you want.
Be sure to multiply the number of Stick's Bucks you want by $3.00
Set up the payment in your Bill Pay function
Unless you specify otherwise, the Stick's Bucks will be mailed to you
Once we receive payment, we will mail you the Stick's Bucks

New Walker Packets, Event and Distance Books, Other Items:

Use this email link to let us know specifically what, and how many, you want to order
For event and distance books, be specific about the color you want
Set up the payment in your Bill Pay function
Unless you specify otherwise, the item(s) will be mailed to you
Once we receive payment, we will mail you the items(s)
